101 Swimming School (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a registered fictitious name (DBA) of Sunshine Wheels & Deals LLC. We provide private, mobile swimming lessons at our clients’ home, condominium, and community pools throughout Miami and Palm Beach, Florida. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, the swimmer’s name and age, the address of the pool where lessons take place, scheduling preferences, and the contents of any messages you send us.

Payment information: when you purchase a package, payment is collected and processed by our third-party payment processors (Stripe, Zelle, or Venmo). We receive confirmation of payment but do not store complete card numbers.

Collected automatically: when you visit our website we may collect device and browser information, IP address, and pages viewed, using cookies and similar technologies.

We use your information to schedule, coordinate, and deliver your lessons; match you with a suitable coach; process payments; send booking confirmations, reminders, and service updates; respond to your inquiries; improve our website and services; and, where you have opted in, send occasional promotional messages (you can unsubscribe at any time).

Photos & video: we may photograph or record lessons, and by booking lessons you agree that these images and videos may be used for our marketing, website, and social media purposes. If you would prefer your family’s images not be used, please let us know in writing and we will honor your request.

Many of our students are minors. When you book lessons for a child, you do so as their parent or legal guardian and provide their information on their behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, please contact us and we will delete it.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as payment processing, scheduling, communications, and website analytics), and with authorities or third parties when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
