Edgewater has changed more than almost any other Miami neighborhood in the last decade, and most of that change is vertical, new bayfront towers going up one after another, each with its own resort-style pool deck. A lot of the young families moving into these buildings are booking their kids' very first swim lesson here.
Because so many Edgewater towers were built in the same general window. The pools tend to be fairly similar, wide, shallow entry points, good lighting, clear building management contacts. It makes first-time scheduling straightforward compared to some of the older, more improvised setups we see elsewhere in the county.
We coordinate directly with building front desks so getting a coach upstairs is a non-issue after the first visit.
