We build in real traffic buffers between appointments, especially for anything scheduled between 3:30 and 6:30pm on weekdays, rather than assuming Google Maps' optimistic estimate. It's a small operational detail, but it's the difference between a coach showing up flustered and fifteen minutes late versus arriving calm and on schedule.
